  1. Click Start - Programs - Accessories - Dial-up Networking.
  2. In the Dial-up Networking window, click New, type a name for the phone book entry, and click Next.
  3. Make sure that each of the next three options are selected (calling the Internet, send password as plain text, calling a non-NT server) and click Next.

  9. Click Next.
  10. Click Dial to dial the STEP-UP modem pool.
  11. Enter your UCS user name and password, make sure the Domain is blank and click OK.
  12. When you are ready to disconnect, locate the connection icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen near the clock. Double-click the icon and click Hangup.
