Banner - ULink Change Request

To request a change to ULink, fill out the form below. Your request will be sent to the appropriate sponsor and reviewed for consideration by the appropriate functional teams, sponsors, and portal lead.

Where should the change be made? Select a tab.
Describe the change or addition you are requesting for ULink. Include a description of which portlet (box) will contain the change.
State the business case for the requested change.
List additional services this change will affect. Provide details of what the affects will be.
Which population selection(s) will the requested change affect?
Describe the new population selection including which Banner roles and attributes are necessary.
Identify which sponsor should be notified of your requested change to approve.
