Outages & Alerts
May 15, 2012 - There have been a couple of power issues in Stephens Memorial Hall this morning. This has resulted in service outages to network based services and the wireless network. The problems have been resolved and all affected services should be functioning normally.

UPDATE (10:50AM, 04/17/2012) The database problem has been corrected and WebAID is working normally. If you continue to have problems accessing WebAID, please e-mail or call the IT Help Desk
Presently WebAID is experiencing database errors. We are working on correcting the issue and will have it back up and running as soon as possible.

A server problem is causing a temporary outage in ULINK. Affected systems are Registration, WebAID, and ISIS. The problem has been identified and is being corrected.
Systems should be restored shortly.

The recent update to Adobe Flash Player and associated plugins which caused problems in Windows 7 computers on campus yesterday, April 11, has been modified and re-deployed to fix the issues with the original update.
If you are using a Windows 7 computer, please take a moment to reboot your system to receive the repaired update. Your computer may run through a series of reboots while it is receiving and installing the update.
Once your computer finishes your computer should have the latest update which includes security fixes. If you continue to have problems with flash based applications, please call the IT Help Desk for further assistance.

The University wireless network will be unavailable Friday, March 23, 2012 beginning at 1:30pm. The outage is not expected to last more than one hour and will include routine maintenance.
In order to complete the repairs to the system that controls Registration and ISIS, we will need to reboot the system tomorrow morning, March 22, 2012. The system will be down between the hours of 6:00AM and 7:30PM.

The e-mail server will be down for maintenance on Wednesday morning, February 8, 2012. The purpose of the maintenance is to install patches to correct the performance issues encountered last week.
02/08/2012 UPDATE: The server maintenance is complete. All Zimbra (e-mail) services seem to be operating properly.
