Official Electronic Signature

The University has an official electronic signature template. Please don’t include images as part of your electronic signature. They increase the size of an email message and may slow its transmission. Also, images tend to show up as attachments for the recipients. Electronic signatures should include the information as shown below in examples.

UPDATE - Outlook Users - Global Address List Problems

Fri, 01/30/2015 - 7:20am -- David Savoie

It appears the Global Address List display issue has been corrected.  If you are still experiencing problems, call the IT Help Desk.

The problem - when you click on the "To" button while composing a new mail message, or you open the Address Book, the computer "thinks" for a while and returns an empty address list.

Accessing Email Using Mac Mail

NOTE: The following documents are currently offline.  We are updating the information to reflect changes in our Email service to Office365.

Up to date Office365 Email information can be found HERE

The following documents describe how to set your Mac Mail and Entourage 2008 mail programs to read your University email.

The Mac mail and Entourage clients do not read/write your calendar information.  You must set the CalDAV as a separate process.
