Please check your computer's configuration to make sure it meets the minimum requirements to successfully run Banner 9.
Minimum Requirements Needed to Run Banner 9
- Windows 10 or 11
- Intel Core I3, equivalent, or better processor
- 8GB RAM or better - order more RAM

How to Check Your Computer's Configuration
- Simultaneously press and hold the Windows button and the Pause button on the keyboard. (The Pause button is usually on the top row of the keyboard and the right-most key.)
- A window will pop up and show the version of Windows you are running, the model of processor in your computer, and the amount of RAM your computer is using.
- Compare this information with the minimum requirements.
