When managing your calendar, you can create

• an appointment (an activity without other people)
• a meeting (an appointment that includes other people)
• an event (an activity that lasts all day).

To create any of these:

  1. Login to the Zimbra web client.
  2. Click on the Calendar tab.
  3. Click on the New icon at the top left of the calendar window.

  1. Fill out the relevant meeting details.
  2. If it is a meeting, add attendees. Separate them with semicolons.
  1. Click Save at the top left of the window.

You can also use the QuickAdd feature to schedule an appointment:

  1. Login to the Zimbra web client.
  2. Open the Calendar tab.
  3. Navigate through the weeks until you can see the desired day.
  4. Click in the cell that corresponds with the correct date and start time and drag your cursor down to the end time of the appointment.
  5. Fill in the appointment's Subject.
  6. Verify the remaining information.
  7. Click OK.
