You can setup rules that move your email automatically to predetermined folders. This is useful to help keep your inbox clean and help your locate your emails quickly.
- Login to webmail.louisiana.edu with your ULID@louisiana.edu and password using the Outlook for the Web.
- Create a new folder a give it a specific name.
- Click the Gear Icon on the Top Right then Select "View All Outlook Settings"
- Click the Mail then the Rules option.
- Click Add New Rule and answer the prompts.
- Click OK.
- Click Save.
