Filtering Email

You can setup rules that move your email automatically to predetermined folders.  This is useful to help keep your inbox clean and help your locate your emails quickly.

  1. Login to with your and password using the Outlook for the Web.
  2. Create a new folder a give it a specific name.
  3. Click the Gear Icon on the Top Right then Select "View All Outlook Settings"
  4. Click the Mail then the Rules option.
  5. Click Add New Rule and answer the prompts.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Save.
