Problems Logging Into E-mail?

University webmail is having access problems via the direct log-in portal. You can still access your University e-mail account by logging into ULink and clicking the e-mail link at the top right of the screen.

We are working to restore direct log-in access to e-mail as soon as possible.

Don't Disable Your Banner Access!

CAUTION: Banner users may encounter this PIN log-in screen.

Logging in with your UL ID and password will disable your account and you will need to contact the IT Service Desk to have your access reinstated.

If you see this log-in screen, please log out of Banner and close all your browser windows. Then re-launch your browser and log-in to Banner again.

Why Can't I Login?

Since a recent upgrade to ULink, people are experiencing problems logging into ULink, Moodle, or other things which depend on the login service.
