- All university-owned machines are eligible to have Microsoft Office installed.
- Installation will require approval of UCSS staff. Each request will be evaluated to ensure that the user is prepared for Office and that the computer is capable of running the software satisfactorily.
- The cost of the software is $40 per machine.
- An interdepartmental charge will be drafted using the information given below and forwarded to the requesting user for signatures.
- When the completed interdepartmental charge form is received by UCSS the user will be contacted and the installation will be scheduled.
