Please provide the information indicated below to request an Administrative Account. Note, only director level individuals may request accounts for those under their administrative authority.
Administrator rights are typically reserved for University Computing Support Services (UCSS) personnel who are responsible for providing administrative services such as system maintenance and user support.
The IT Security Officer and UCSS reserve the right to disable these accounts at any time. Upon suspicion of policy violations UCSS disables the account and will work with the Director to resolve any issues. These Accounts will expire yearly and will require you to come back to this form to renew and to accept any new policies.
Understand that in the near future users with Admin Accounts may have an Interoffice charge applied to any issues which are related to or caused by their use of that account.
