Help Desk - Admissions Application PIN Reset

Provide the following information to request a PIN reset for your online Admissions Application.

If you have not created a Username and PIN, please use the new first time users account creation page.

Please allow 24 hours for your request to be processed. Requests made outside of University business hours will be completed next business day.

*NOTE: This form is for ADMISSIONS APPLICATION PINS ONLY. You do NOT have a UserID and PIN for ULink. If you reach a page in ULink that asks for a UserID and PIN, exit the browser completely, reopen, then go back into ULink. "Web Access Disabled" in ULink lasts approximately 30 minutes.
