AV Production Services

AV Services provides media conversion and duplication to faculty and staff at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette for media relating to university business.  Conversion or duplication of personal media is not available at AV Services.  

The following media conversion/duplication services are available at a cost of $10.00 for the first DVD and $5.00 for each subsequent DVD.

AV Equipment

AV Services provides a limited catalog of AV equipment available for use by faculty and staff to support University credit and non-credit courses, meetings, and other University-related activities.

Equipment reservations can be made by calling AV Services at (337) 482-6418, or by filling out the online equipment request form.   Please be ready to provide the following information when reserving equipment:
