When you use Office 365 for business and save your files to OneDrive or SharePoint, sharing your files is the same wherever or however you work.
With a file open or a file or folder selected, select Share.
You can backup important computer files on OneDrive like your Desktop, Documents, and Pictures files.
Select the OneDrive cloud icon in the notification area, at the far right of the taskbar.
Select More > Settings.
With your files saved to OneDrive, you can create files and folders to manage your work.
Select New and choose the type of file you want.
Upload files to OneDrive for Business so you can get to them from anywhere, on almost any device.
Select Upload.
Note: In Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, select Upload > Files.
Faculty, Staff & Students have access to Microsoft OneDrive. You can access OneDrive online by going to Microsoft Office 365 Portal.

You don't really log "into" Banner. Banner is the term to describe the entire system of components. It is the individual components that you actually log into.
